Privacy Policy
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform about how and why SkaiValley collects and processes personal data.
The CEO of SkaiValley is ultimately responsible for the processing of the information collected and processed by SkaiValley. The responsibility can be delegated to another position in the daily work. The privacy policy below contains the information that the Data Protection Regulation requires us to provide in connection with our processing of your personal data.
SkaiValley' processing of personal data complies with current rules for the protection of such data.
Legal basis for processing personal data
Processing of personal data is not permitted unless there are valid reasons. Such reasons may for example be consent from the registered person, purchase agreement (an entered agreement) or that we as responsible for the processing of personal data have a legitimate interest that outweighs the registered person's claim for protection of privacy.
Our reason for the data processing is usually that there is an agreement and in some cases that the registered person has given consent. When the processing of your personal data begins, we always provide information about the reason for the data processing.
If SkaiValley is to process personal data for children under 16 years, the consent of the guardians is required.
SkaiValley' use of personal data
We collect and process personal data in order to fulfill our agreement with our employees (administration of the employment relationship) and members (administration of the customer relationship) but also to be able to provide good service and inform about our product and service (marketing activities). The use of personal data in connection with marketing activities is based on consent that you can revoke by emailing info@SkaiValley.se
Our websites offer a place on the net with a wide range of gym equipment and accessories. The information we register when purchasing is name, date of birth, phone number, email address, postal address and payment details.
Disclosure of personal data? Use of third party
Registered personal data is treated confidentially with us, and only those who need the information in their work will have access to it. As a rule, we therefore do not share personal data with anyone outside SkaiValley and SkaiValley AB.
However, in some contexts it may happen that we share personal data with our partners, such as Facebook or Google. Sharing personal data with third parties is a case of personal data processing that requires certain legal conditions to be met. These conditions will primarily consist of the registered person's consent, so you as a registered person will always be aware of any disclosure of information by us. All personal data processing we do takes place within the EU/EEA area. SkaiValley deletes your personal data without undue delay and no later than after 24 months when the warranty has expired and the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. They are also deleted if you withdraw the consent on which the processing of the data is based or if you object to the processing and there are no compelling legitimate reasons for the processing. We have clear deletion routines for each data processing activity.
If you revoke your consent to the processing of personal data, our processing of your personal data ceases, but this does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that was based on your consent and took place before your consent was revoked.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure (unless we are required to retain the information), restriction of processing and transfer of your personal data (data portability). You can also request that we terminate the processing of your personal data (for example, by withdrawing your consent). If you want to exercise one or more of these rights, we will comply with your request within one month of receiving it, provided we are not required to act otherwise.
